Catering the Calhoun Fam Way...
Our small mom & pop establishment currently only offers “Pick-up” for catering orders.
At Calhoun Family Texas BBQ, we book on a first come first serve basis. We recommend placing your large order as soon as possible to ensure that your requested date and time is available. If we have reached our order quota for your desired date, unfortunately we will not be able to accept your order. If this happens, walking in to place your order may be an option. This too will be based on "first come, first serve."
Since we are such a small business, we do need a few days lead time. We do accept same day orders for our larger packages such as the Family Meal Deal & Big Six, but if you plan on ordering more than 2 of these packages at once, we prefer that you call at least two days in advance.
Because we are closed on Sundays and Mondays, any food needed for either of those days will need to be picked up the Saturday prior.
Depending on the size of your order, your food items will be provided in aluminum disposable pans.
The following items are available at an additional charge: plates, plastic cutlery, napkins, wet wipe napkins, serving utensils, wire chafing racks, and sternos(chafing fuel).

Our availability for the months of MAY and JUNE 2024 will be limited due to special Summer closures.
